A military family on a PCS move was at the U-Haul lot in Oxnard early one morning when the only key to their 2016 Dodge Journey went missing. They were back to loading within 45 minutes of my arrival. Total was 277. The dealer would have charged 471 and the entire moving day would have been derailed. Sometimes speed isn't about convenience. It's about a hard deadline that doesn't move for anyone.
