A commercial pilot on a layover at the harbor brunch restaurant in Santa Barbara on a Sunday morning told me he'd already been burned. He paid me 202. Dealer charges 408 for the same work. He'd already paid the first locksmith too, which I couldn't undo. But I could make sure the job was done right.
