I was parked on the street in Bostonia on a Saturday afternoon, a few blocks from a small art gallery. The owner had called about her 2003 Audi TT. She had one key, it had been dropping signal for a few weeks, and that morning it stopped unlocking the car entirely.

She watched the whole thing from a folding chair she dragged out from the gallery. By the time she went back inside to help a customer, I was already testing lock, unlock, and the trunk release. Everything confirmed. Total time at the car was under 45 minutes.
