1997 BMW Z3 Transponder Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

I got a call from a guy in Del Mar Heights who had picked up a 1997 BMW Z3 from a private sale. The previous owner handed him one working key and said the second key "should work too." It did not.
