I was already working in Vista on a Friday evening, van stocked, when the call came in from Shadowridge.
A couple had walked out of a wine bar to find their 2014 Buick Encore sitting there completely unresponsive. The fob had been acting sluggish for a few days, they said, but it chose that particular Friday to give out entirely.
