I was working off Third Avenue Village on a Tuesday when the call came in. Guy had a 2017 Buick Encore, one key, and a bad situation. A shop he'd gone to first had tried to program a second key for him. Somewhere in the middle of it, his car battery gave out. The programming never finished, and when they tried to restart the process, the vehicle's body control module wouldn't accept any new key registration at all.
