Out in Granite Hills, El Cajon, I got a call from a woman who had been down to one key on her 2014 Chrysler 300 for longer than she could remember. She'd always meant to get a spare cut. Then one morning she grabbed the fob off the counter and the housing just gave out. Forty minutes, start to finish. Two working keys. I showed her the chip from the cracked housing so she could see why it still had value even when everything around it looked destroyed.
