I got a call from a woman in Downtown Santee, a choir director parked at her church lot on a Sunday morning, which is about the worst time to be stranded with a key that won't work.

When it was done I tested the start twice, walked every button on her remote head key, and showed her the confirmation on my screen so she wasn't just taking my word for it.
Her key had been physically cut correctly. That was the one thing the first locksmith got right. The cut wasn't the problem. The programming was.
