Swap the CR2032 and retest all three buttons.

If a fresh battery doesn't bring it back, the transmitter board inside the key head may be the issue. At that point you're looking at a replacement key that gets cut and programmed. But the start function failing at the same time would tell a different story, so those two symptoms together versus apart matter.
