I got a call out to the Seacoast neighborhood in Imperial Beach on a Tuesday evening. Woman's 2006 Azera, sitting in a lot near the pediatrician's office. She had a sick toddler in the back seat, it was past 6 pm, and the Hyundai dealer was already closed for the night.
She'd had a spare key cut at a hardware store a few months back. That day it stopped working. The car would crank but immediately die, every single time. She wasn't locked out. The blade fit fine. The engine just refused to stay running.
