His car started in the same lot he'd been standing next to for two hours. He didn't say much, just looked at the key, then looked at me, then got in. Sometimes that's the whole reaction.
Getting it towed to a dealer from a trail parking area no flatbed was going to reach easily would have cost him real money before any key work even started. Doing it mobile, on site, saved him a good chunk of that.
