I was parked off the main stretch in Eucalyptus Hills when the call came in. Guy said he drove for a food delivery app and was stuck at a pho spot in Lakeside after his flip key snapped at the pivot. The whole thing happened in the shade next to my van while he finished his order queue on his phone. He was back on the road in under an hour.
