He calmed down a lot once I told him I was on my way with everything I needed.
He drove home that night. Total was $166. Dealer would have charged $358 plus a tow, and they were closed. The VIN tells me the platform, the CEM generation, and what tools to bring. Text it before I arrive and the whole job moves faster.
