She was at the rental car return lot in Santa Susana area, Simi Valley early in the morning, about to switch from a rental back to her own 2010 Audi S4, and her only Audi key was not in her bag. She had left it at the hotel she checked out of an hour ago. The hotel front desk said they searched the room and found nothing. The key was gone.
