2017 Infiniti QX60 Smart key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

Sunday morning outside the yoga studio in Ventura. A studio owner with a 2017 Infiniti QX60 came out after teaching her first class and her smart key wouldn't unlock the car. Dead buttons, no push-to-start response, nothing. The Infiniti dealer was closed until Monday and her next class started in two hours.

She needed it fixed now. The only number that answered on a Sunday morning was mine.

I got to the studio lot in about 40 minutes. I tested her fob first and the CR2032 battery was dead, plus the transponder was corrupted signal that a simple battery swap alone wouldn't clear. I used my VVDI Key Tool to generate a fresh transponder chip and build a new smart key matched to her vehicle's IMMO module. Her new fob, FCC ID KR5S180144014, was a 5-button smart key. I programmed it through OBD, tested lock, unlock, trunk, and start, then confirmed range from across the lot.

She made it home and back in time for her second class. Total was 327. Dealer would have been 596 on Monday. Weekends are the same rate for me.
