Got called to Oxnard Transit Center for a 2025 QX60. The owner's smart key went dead after her toddler used it as a teething toy.

Sure enough, it needed the TSB ITB24-022 update before I could add a key. Ten minutes for the reflash, then I cut the NSN14 emergency blade and programmed the KR5TXN7944 fob.
The new key registered on the first try. Door handle sensors responded, push-button start worked, all four buttons tested good. Even the memory seat recall kicked in when she grabbed the handle.
She mentioned her sister had waited a week for her Murano key at the dealer. Different platform, same story. I handed her the working key and packed up. Whole job took 45 minutes in the parking lot, cost her a fraction of what the dealer wanted.
