I got a call from a retired executive out in Blackstock, Oxnard. He had a 2020 QX60 sitting in his driveway and one damaged fob that had stopped responding. His nearest Infiniti dealership was well over an hour each way, and he wasn't about to spend a day coordinating a flatbed or burning half his week on a dealer appointment that might not even happen quickly.

I connected through the OBD port, handled the PIN extraction, and registered the new fob to the vehicle. Then I cut the emergency insert key so the physical backup was ready too. Tested every button, walked both doors, checked the start button response, confirmed the dash cleared clean.
He watched the whole thing from about six feet away, which I prefer. No mystery in what I'm doing. By the time I packed up, he had two fully working keys and hadn't moved his car off the property.
The dealer comparison came up at the end almost as an afterthought. He'd gotten a price from them already and knew what he saved. He didn't need me to point it out.
