I got a call out of East Ventura on a Tuesday afternoon. An Airbnb host was managing a property near the beach and her QX60 was her workhorse -- guest pickups, supply runs, the whole thing. The whole thing took about 25 minutes. She saved a significant amount compared to what the dealer quoted for parts that didn't need replacing. She seemed less relieved about the money than she was about not having to drop the car at a dealership and wait.
