I got a call from Berry Park on a weekday morning. A gentleman with a cane, older, said his 2000 NSX had been sitting more than it used to. He needed it for medical appointments and his only key was getting hard to turn. His daughter was out of town. Getting to a dealer across Imperial Beach and back wasn't a simple errand for him.

He didn't have to arrange a ride, call his daughter, or sit in a waiting room. The car started clean on the first turn. He said it hadn't felt that easy in years.
The dealer comparison came up later, almost as an afterthought. He'd called them first and they wanted him to bring the car in, quoted him a wait, and couldn't tell him same-day. He paid a fraction of that, in his parking lot, before noon.
