If your Neon starts and stalls right away, especially if it's consistent and repeatable, that points to an anti-theft component that I diagnose and handle on site. It's worth ruling out before you spend money on fuel system parts.

Can I use a copy of my Neon key from a hardware store or kiosk?

Only if you need a backup to physically open the door lock in a pinch.
