I got a call from a guy parked outside his office building in Downtown National City on a Tuesday. He was a project manager with back-to-back meetings until mid-afternoon and his Ranger wouldn't start. He had tried swapping the car battery himself the weekend before, and ever since, the engine would crank but shut off almost immediately after.
