Out in Shadowridge, I got a call from a guy who had lost his only fob somewhere between a trail and the parking lot. He'd checked everywhere. Backtracked twice. Nothing.

New fob, cut blade, programmed and tested in the lot. I tested the lock, unlock, and panic before I called it done. Then I made him a second fob on the spot because going back to one key after all that would have been the wrong lesson to learn.
