Yes. On Hyundai models with a traditional ignition cylinder, broken key extraction is a common call. One 2009 A4 style Hyundai switchblade key owner had the flip mechanism fail, leaving the blade stuck. Hyundai flip keys are known for the button pad disintegrating and the flip spring wearing out over time. We can extract the broken piece without damaging the cylinder in most cases, then cut a new blade from the original code and program a replacement. On push-button Hyundai models, the emergency blade can snap in the door lock if forced, and we handle that the same way.
