I got a call from someone over in the Seacoast neighborhood in Imperial Beach. He mentioned he had called the dealer earlier in the week. They told him to tow it in, quoted him the job as a multi-hour appointment, and said earliest availability was four days out. I was done in his parking spot in under an hour. That part almost never surprises people, but it still gets them every time.
