A retired professor with a recent knee replacement at the orthopedic rehab center in Coronado called about his 2015 Porsche 911. Getting to a Porsche dealer across town was a real problem. He didn't have to leave the rehab center or call anyone for a ride. Total was $398 for a fully working flip key. Dealer quoted $726 plus the logistical problem of getting there with a knee brace and no driver.
