A guy was stuck on the shoulder of the 15 near Santaluz, just inside Rancho Bernardo, with half a key in his hand and the other half lodged in his FJ Cruiser's ignition cylinder.
He'd been fighting a stiff ignition for a few weeks. That morning it finally gave out on him mid-turn.
