I was over in Bostonia on a Tuesday when the call came in from a parking lot near a dermatology office in El Cajon. The woman had two kids in different schools, one pickup at 2:30 and one at 3:15, and her XT5 was sitting there with a fob that had stopped being recognized by the car that morning.

From first connection to her driving away was right around 35 minutes.
She made both pickups with time to spare. The dealer comparison came up when she was already back in the driver seat. I didn't bring it up.
