The owner of a 2012 Ford Flex called me mid-morning. She had her key, the car would unlock, but it wouldn't start. Turned the key, dash lit up, and then the engine cranked and immediately died. She was looking at towing it there, losing most of her workday, and paying whatever they decided to charge once it was on their lot. She paid a fraction of that estimate and never moved the car.
