2017 Audi A8 Mechanical Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

Audi key programming is not a dealer-only procedure. It has not been for years on most models. The car's immobilizer checks the transponder chip through a coil in the ignition or through proximity antennas on push-to-start models. Programming a new key means telling that immobilizer to accept one more chip code. I do it through the OBD port with a cable and a diagnostic computer. No dealer bay, no lift, no factory VAG software.
