His separate remote fob, FCC ID MLBHLIK-1T, paired right back up. I showed him the old wafers so he could see the wear, and he couldn't believe the dealer wanted to replace the whole thing.
His total was 185. The ignition works smooth again, the key turns clean, and he didn't replace a single part that wasn't actually broken.
