2011 Kia Sorento Smart key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

My van carries everything needed to replace a 2011 Kia Sorento key without a shop. HY22 laser blanks, older edge-cut blanks, aftermarket flip key housings, smart fob shells, CR2032 batteries, ID46 and ID47 transponder chips, and a cutting machine bolted to the floor.

A graphic designer on a hillside street in Thousand Oaks called because a tow truck couldn't navigate the narrow road. His Sorento was parked on a steep one-lane residential street with no turnout. The dealer told him he'd have to get the car out first. He couldn't, because he had no working key.

I parked at the bottom of the hill and walked up. I used my VVDI2 to read his existing transponder data and clone it onto a fresh chip, then cut the blade from measurements I decoded on the spot with my HY22 Lishi. His car never moved. Total was around 95 compared to 200 at the dealer.
