A framing contractor called me at 6:15 in the morning from a lumber yard out near Lang Ranch neighborhood in Thousand Oaks. His crew was already at the job site waiting on materials. Total hands-on time was around 30 minutes.
He was loaded up and heading to the job site before 7. Didn't even have to call his crew.
