Out near Brown Field Area, late on a weeknight, a nurse finishing a shift called me from the urgent care parking lot. Before she said what she needed, she told me she'd already looked up my license on the BSIS website. She'd read about the fake locksmith thing, the unmarked car, the guy who shows up with no credentials, and she wasn't doing that. She wanted a spare key for her 2013 RDX and she wanted to see a real company van with a real name on it before anything happened.

She said the thing that mattered most wasn't the price. It was being able to verify who was showing up before opening her car door to a stranger at midnight. That part I can't say enough about.
