Out in Lakeside, near Blossom Valley, a woman called about her 2000 Audi A8. She said the remote wasn't working and the key felt loose. I asked her to describe it. She said the plastic housing had cracked at one corner from a drop in the garage and the blade was wobbling when she folded it out.
