A guy near the Seacoast neighborhood in Imperial Beach called me on a Tuesday morning. He had a 2018 Dodge Challenger, one fob, and a plan to drive down to San Diego for work that afternoon. The plan almost didn't happen.

He made his drive. The dealer had been his backup plan, which would have meant an appointment, probably a tow since the car wasn't reliably starting, and a wait. He mentioned the dealer quote almost as an afterthought. We were already done.
