A woman flagged me down in a parking lot near Shadowridge on a Saturday morning. She was a temple volunteer, already running late, and she had already been burned once.

I cleared the incomplete key data from the previous attempt, ran a clean immobilizer learn with the full security timer counting out properly, and confirmed the new key was written permanently before I even tested it in the ignition. I showed her the confirmation on the tool screen so she could see with her own eyes that it was fully registered this time.
She was back at the temple within the hour. The dealer comparison was an afterthought she brought up on her own. She had already paid someone else and still needed the job done right. That part I could fix.
