The call came in from a woman parked at the Coronado Shores complex. She had her 2016 Tucson sitting in the lot and the fob had stopped responding entirely. Not weak, not intermittent. Just nothing. She had already tried the battery. Still nothing.

She mentioned she had called the dealer that morning. They had told her she would need to tow it in and wait a few days. She was standing in her own parking lot by the time it was done.
