A Bonsall customer called me on a Thursday afternoon. She had one key left for her 2017 MINI Convertible, and it had stopped locking the doors from outside. Both started the car, both locked and unlocked, both showed a solid signal at normal range.
The whole job took about forty minutes at her place. She mentioned the dealer had quoted her a wait of several days just for a parts order. She did not end up needing to go that route.
