Yes. On older E-series BMWs with a physical ignition slot, we can extract the broken blade, decode the lock, and cut a new mechanical key on site. On newer push-button F-series and G-series BMWs, broken blades typically happen in the door lock, not an ignition barrel. We extract the broken piece from the door lock, cut a new blade, and verify the key operates both the lock and the fob functions.
