Then the part that actually matters: tested all the buttons, tried comfort-access pull on every door handle, ran three clean starts, and checked range from across the lot.
He stood there watching the whole thing, same way he watched the YouTube video. Told me it looked exactly the same in person. No dispatcher, no call center. The guy from the video is the guy at the car. He was back on the court in under two hours, for a fraction of what the dealer wanted.
