In Ventura, over in the Thille/Montalvo area, a woman called me about her 2019 BMW X5. She had bought it used a couple years back with one fob, always figured she'd get a spare cut eventually, and one afternoon in the tandem lot at her apartment complex the fob hit the concrete just wrong. I ran every button, tested both door handles, confirmed start, and left when everything checked out.
