The WIN module on Chrysler minivans and sedans is one of the most common repair calls I get, and the dealer loves turning it into a $600 job. WIN stands for Wireless Ignition Node. It's the module that the FOBIK inserts into on the steering column. Over time the internal contacts wear out, the FOBIK starts sticking, and eventually the key won't turn or won't come back to the OFF position.
