Her 2008 Chrysler 300 was running fine. No start complaints, no warning lights. The problem was purely physical. Cut a new blade to match her door lock. Went through every button. Locked, unlocked, checked the emergency insert key for fit. Took less than an hour on site.
She kept saying she thought the whole thing was going to be a bigger deal. Sometimes the dealer answer is the expensive one, not the right one.
