2004 Dodge Durango Remote head key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

Do you need to tow your 2004 Dodge Durango to the dealer? Almost certainly not. For most Dodge models from the late 2000s through the early 2020s, I handle all-keys-lost right at the vehicle.

A home care worker in a manufactured home community in Ventura had her only Fobik stop working one morning before her first patient visit. Her Durango was in the carport and push-to-start wouldn't recognize the fob. She assumed a tow was the only path and started rearranging her patient schedule. Her remote head key, FCC ID OHT692427AA, was a 3-button smart key with an emergency blade inside. I programmed it in her carport before 9am. She seemed pretty relieved when the push-to-start lit up on the first press.

Her total was about 185. The dealer would have been 395 plus the tow. There are a small number of very new Dodge platforms where aftermarket tools don't cover AKL reliably, and those do need the dealer. But for the vast majority on the road, I do all-keys-lost on-site every week. If yours is an exception, I'll tell you straight up instead of wasting your time.
