I got a call from a concrete finisher at his jobsite off Oxnard Boulevard one morning. His 2013 Dodge Durango wouldn't start, and it wasn't just the battery. He was loading tools before his crew pulled in. I didn't bring up the dealer. He did, later, when he called to refer a coworker. Said he'd gotten a quote earlier in the week and laughed at it.
