Out in the Thille/Montalvo area of Ventura, I got a call from a guy who'd already had a rough go of it before he found me.

Another locksmith had come out, tried to get a key working on his 2003 Dodge Durango, and left things worse than they started. Not just a key that didn't work, but a module sitting in a confused state with fault codes stacked up from an incomplete procedure.
