A family in Mt. Helix called me on a weekday morning. They had a moving truck staged in the driveway and a hard out time. Somewhere during the chaos of packing, the only fob for their 2019 Dodge Journey had gone missing, probably buried in a box on the truck. The whole thing took under an hour. They were back to coordinating the move before the truck needed to pull out. The dealer had already told them a same-day appointment was not available.
