2024 Kia Sportage Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

I'm already in Rancho Santa Fe with Kia key blanks, transponder chips, and programming tools loaded in the van right now. I don't order parts when you call. HY22 laser blanks, older edge-cut blanks, aftermarket flip housings, smart fob shells, CR2032 batteries, and emergency blades are all in labeled drawers behind my seat.

A couple at a sushi restaurant near The Bridges on a Saturday night came out to find their 2024 Kia Sportage wouldn't start. The fob was dead and neither of them knew about the backup start procedure where you hold the fob to the start button. They figured they'd leave it overnight.

I was 15 minutes away and had the right blank for their Smart Key stocked. Their fob, FCC ID SY5MQ4FGE07, was a 7-button remote that just needed a fresh CR2032 battery and a quick reprogram using my VVDI Key Tool. They drove home that Saturday night. Total was $242. Dealer would have been $431 plus a wait until Monday. When everything is stocked, a call at 9pm on a Saturday is the same as 9am on a Tuesday.
