The dealer process for a 2004 Acura TL key goes like this. You call and get transferred to service. You schedule an appointment, usually days out. You figure out how to get a car with no working key to the dealership, which probably means a tow. You sit in a waiting room. You pay 352 plus whatever the tow cost. Then you drive home and half your day is gone for one key.
