I was parked on Anapamu, finishing up another job, when a call came in from someone over in the Presidio. She had a 2018 Stelvio and her fob had gone completely dark. No response from any button, no response from the door handles, nothing. She'd already swapped the CR2032 herself, which was the right instinct, but it hadn't fixed it.

Then I checked that the door handles were responding correctly, since those tie into the same system.
